The hotel is located about ten minutes from Dublin airport and just over five minutes from the city centre. This is a residential area with good transport links to the city centre. A new bedroom block is currently under construction on the side of the property although this is causing minimal noise and disruption.
The rooms are brightly decorated in green and floral prints, and facilities include direct dial telephone, television and en-suite bathroom. They are medium in size and in good condition, although some of the bathrooms are in need of repair.
Rooms are booked on a ROOM ONLY basis and breakfast is not included. Breakfast is available to pay on the spot on the ground floor in the restaurant. The restaurant is extremely spacious, the tables being well placed. The menu is varied and designed to appeal to a wide range of tastes. Dark wood and plants make up the decor.
The hotel is modern, it was built in 1969. The theme of the hotel is relaxed and informal, with a continental style decor. The lobby is medium in size and decorated with dark wood and blue furnishings. There is seating available and lifts to all floors.
